Fusion Flow is a structured youth enrichment program that includes supervised physical activities and team-based challenges. Participation involves normal physical activity and requires students to follow instructor directions to maintain a safe and controlled environment. By enrolling a child in Fusion Flow, the parent or legal guardian agrees to the following terms.
Parents understand that Fusion Flow includes movement-based activities that may involve balance, coordination, and controlled physical engagement. All participation is voluntary, and parents acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical activity. Parents agree that their child is physically and emotionally capable of taking part in the program and will notify staff of any relevant medical, behavioral, or emotional conditions prior to participation.
Fusion Flow maintains a structured and supervised environment. Instructors provide clear directions and manage activities to ensure safety and consistent class flow. If a participant’s behavior disrupts the session, creates a safety concern, or prevents the group from continuing, the program may remove the participant from the remainder of the session. No refunds will be issued for removal related to behavior or safety.
Fusion Flow supports students of varying abilities. Reasonable accommodations will be considered; however, participation must remain within what can be safely managed in a group setting. If a participant’s needs exceed what can be safely provided, the program may determine that participation is not appropriate and may withdraw the participant without refund to maintain safety.
The program follows a structured progression where each class teaches new material. If a parent notifies Fusion Flow before a scheduled absence and another class is offered within the same week, the child may attend that alternate class as a courtesy make-up. Make-ups are available only within that same instructional week. Missed classes cannot be made up in future weeks, as each week advances to new content. Missed classes cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred.
If the school facility becomes unavailable due to closures, scheduling changes, or circumstances outside the Program’s control, Fusion Flow Youth Discovery™ will make every reasonable effort to coordinate a temporary alternate location when it is safe, practical, and appropriate for all families. Parents will be notified as early as possible of any changes.
If a temporary location is not feasible, the Program will adjust or reschedule as needed. Refunds will not be issued for circumstances outside the Program’s control.
Payments become fully non-refundable one week before the program begins, as staffing and operational commitments are finalized at that time.
Fusion Flow Youth Discovery™ does not offer refunds for:
• withdrawal, preference changes, or scheduling conflicts
• missed classes
• dissatisfaction with program content
• behavioral or safety-related removal
• lack of perceived progress
Enrollment secures a limited program spot and supports staffing and operational commitments
Fusion Flow provides a structured environment where students develop focus, leadership, and communication through team-based activities. Each participant engages in defined roles, follows instructions, and works toward completing tasks within a group setting. Individual experiences may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Submitting registration confirms responsibility for the full program fee. Payment disputes or chargebacks may result in removal from the program and require repayment of any reversed funds.
Program communication is delivered primarily through email. Parents agree to check email regularly for updates, safety notifications, and class information.
Fusion Flow records photos and videos of classes and events for internal documentation, instructor training, and promotional materials, including websites, print, and official social media. No personal details or full names will ever be shared publicly.
Parents will have the option during registration to indicate consent for or decline inclusion of their child’s photo or video in such materials. Participation in the program is not dependent on granting this permission.
