Fusion Flow provides structured, supervised activities for elementary and middle school students. The program helps students discover their interests while developing focus, leadership, and communication through team-based challenges. We give students an environment to slow down and execute tasks with control and consistency.
At Fusion Flow, our purpose is to give students a hands-on environment where they can try different roles, take on challenges, and see what they naturally enjoy and perform well in. Through varied activities and team-based participation, students gain real exposure to different types of skills and experiences, helping them better understand their strengths and interests in an engaging and active setting. Our goal is to give them clarity and confidence in the hobbies and paths they choose to pursue moving forward.
Students build confidence through completing structured challenges and improving performance over time. The program emphasizes following instructions, staying engaged, and developing consistency during activities.
Students participate in movement-based challenges that incorporate basic STEM concepts such as balance, force, and timing. Each session keeps students active while reinforcing coordination and task execution.
Students work in defined roles to complete group challenges, practicing communication, accountability, and decision making. Over time, they develop leadership skills by guiding teammates and executing team strategies.

Fusion Flow complements existing enrichment programs by offering structured classes focused on leadership, communication, and active participation. Through a variety of team-based challenges and activity formats, students are exposed to different roles and ways of thinking, helping them identify what they enjoy and where they perform best. The program integrates smoothly into school environments with clear routines and supervised activities that emphasize following instructions and task execution. Fusion Flow is fully insured, school compliant, and led by trained, background-checked instructors.

Gian created Fusion Flow after recognizing that many students lack environments where they can actively engage, take on responsibility, and work through challenges with others. With a background in mechanical engineering and engineering management, he designed the program to bring a more practical, hands-on approach to youth development through organized activities and team-based challenges.
His goal is simple: provide a setting that can help support students to discover their talents and interests.
Give your child the opportunity to build focus, leadership, and communication through structured, team-based activities.
Discover the benefits:
Follow instructions and complete tasks with consistency
Stay active while improving coordination and control
Work with others through defined roles and challenges
Fusion Flow is an 8-class program where students participate in structured, team-based challenges. Each session combines physical activity with simple STEM concepts, helping students develop focus, coordination, and communication while identifying the types of activities and roles they enjoy most.
Fusion Flow Youth Discovery™ is currently led by its founder, Gian Alarcon. Each class follows a structured format with clear expectations, defined roles, and supervised activities to ensure consistency, safety, and engagement.
The program is designed for students in grades 2-8. Classes are grouped by grades 2-5 and 6-8. Activities are adjusted by age and ability so students can participate at an appropriate level while working within a team setting.
Yes. Fusion Flow offers Discovery Day, a one-day introductory session where students experience the program format, team roles, and activity structure. It’s a simple way to see if the program is a good fit before enrolling in the full 8-week session.
Class locations and schedules are finalized after enrollment based on grade group and overall demand. Families will receive a confirmation email with their child’s assigned location, class days, and start time well before the program begins. We make every effort to honor preferred locations while keeping grade groups developmentally appropriate.
Comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers are recommended. Each student should bring a water bottle and their provided journal given during the first class. All physical activities use soft, rubber and foam-based equipment for safety.
Fusion Flow is designed to help find their interests, not just athletes. Each challenge encourages teamwork and creative problem-solving, so every child contributes in their own way. Students contribute in different ways, whether through movement, planning, or communication.
Consistency is encouraged to maintain each team’s flow, but we understand that life happens. If your child arrives late, they can join as soon as they are ready. If they must miss a class, we’ll do our best to offer a make-up session within the same week if space allows.
Because the program builds on teamwork and reflection each week, repeated absences may make it harder for your child to stay in sync with their team. We encourage families to prioritize attendance as much as possible.
To maintain structure and minimize distractions, parents are asked not to participate during class time. This allows students to stay engaged and follow the program format independently.
Yes. At the end of the program, students are recognized for participation, teamwork, communication, and overall performance during activities.
We understand every student responds differently to new activities. Fusion Flow uses a variety of team-based challenges and roles so students can find areas they enjoy and participate in ways that fit their strengths. We welcome feedback from families and use it to improve the program.
Tuition is non-refundable after one week before the first class. This ensures we can fairly prepare equipment, team structures, and staffing in advance. If a withdrawal is necessary, families may request to join the waitlist for the next available season.
Teamwork is built into every session through defined roles and group challenges. Students rotate through responsibilities that require communication, coordination, and decision making while working toward a shared objective.
We’re working on community giveback programs that support local youth. More information coming soon.
